Go to HZ portal. Click on the self service portal. Click on reservate. Choose the correct category and search for the 'resource' you want to make a reservation for. Select the day when you want to reservate. Drag your mouse over the time where you want to make a reservation. Click on next. Read the loan conditions, check the reservation and click next. Fill in the necessary information and click on confirm reservation.

Even though printing is free please make sure you have atleast €0.07, otherwise you won't be able to print. Register using your HZ pass on the TouchID next to the multifunctional printer. In the TouchID menu, select option "Scanning - Scan". Lay the original sheet on the feeder or glass plate. Press "Scan and Send" Press "Scan to me" Press "Yes" Press "Start button" Once this is ready, choose "Start Sending". When everything is completed, press "Stop" on the TouchID Logout

Go to https://hz.mynetpay.nl Click on Choose File and select the file you want to print. (Repeat this step if you want to print multiple.) After selecting all documents, click the Advanced option to choose whether you want double-sided or black and white printing. Choose between the "HZ printer"/"HZ plotter". After requesting the print you must register using your HZ pass on the TouchID next to the multifunctional printer and select "Print". In the menu, select the printer to which you requested the print. The print will be completed only if there is enough credit on your printing account. When everything is completed, press "Stop" on the TouchID, and lastly - "Logout".
